3-Day Hiking Experience at Pedoulas Village
Friday 11 to Sunday 13 of July 2025
The Vounisious Adventure Club, in collaboration with Pedoulas Expatriates and Friends Association & Pedoulas Community Council, is organising an authentic mountain experience with outdoor activities!
Our event is ideal for beginners and children!
What to Expect:
- 3 hikes along the Pedoulas trails
- 2 traditional breakfasts in nature – aka boukkomata (food provided)
- Friday night meet-and-greet street party
- Saturday night big Tzizi-Mizi Foukou BBQ party (food provided)
- Complimentary coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Tasting delicious local treats
- Tours of local landmarks and the village’s two active museums
- Walks to secret scenic spots perfect for photos
- Micro-seminars on hiking, mountain living and survival, first aid, gear use, and more – taught by experienced professionals
- Screenings of short films about mountain sports
- Optional: 2-night stay in shared community dorms, recently refurbished for your comfort
- More activities and surprises to be announced soon
Participation Fee (with prepayment):
- €25 per person
- Price includes 2 breakfasts*, 1 BBQ dinner*, complementary beverages, all hikes, tours, micro seminars, video screenings, and workshops with a certified hiking leader
- FREE participation for children under 12 (ID required)
*Breakfasts and Saturday night’s BBQ are a team adventure – bring your utensils and cooking gear so you’re ready to join the fun!
Dorm Accommodation Fee (with prepayment):
- €20 per person (adults) – for a 2-night package
- FREE accommodation for children under 12 (ID required)
- Each room sleeps 4–6 people
- Recently updated and clean shared toilets, sinks, and showers
- Not provided: Bedding/sleeping bag and personal care items
- The premises are reserved exclusively for event participants
- Early booking is recommended, as beds are limited
Alternative Accommodation:
- You are welcome to book a room at one of the village’s hotels (kindly arrange your booking directly with the hotel)
- You may also camp free of charge in your own tent in the Pedoulas Gymnasium school yard
Additional Needs:
- Any additional meals or personal needs not covered by the program should be arranged by participants themselves.
Recommended Hiking Gear:
- Headlamp

- Long pants
- Hiking boots
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Trekking poles (required)

- At least 1.5 liters of water
- Utensils and cooking gear (for heating or preparing meals; food will be provided)

- Our team includes a certified trail coordinator to guide the group.
- Please cooperate by following the organizers’ instructions, as we operate as a team
- Everyone’s safety and well-being are top priority
- All activities are carried out with respect for people, nature, and the environment
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult

Agios Pavlos Camping & Hiking!
Weekend, 6-7 September 2025
Due to limited space available there is a limit of 12 tents!
Day 1, Friday 05.09.25
- For those who are interested we will be there around 18:00 !
Day 2, Saturday 06.09.25
- Afternoon Easy – Intermediate hike around 6.5km at 18:00!
- After hike for those who like we will go for dinner at a local restaurant!
Day 3, Sunday 07.09.25
- If there is any interest we can go for a hike around the area at 09:00!
You can participate in any part of our event you like!

- Clothing for 3 days (don’t forget long sleeves for the night!)

- Each person is responsible for their meals during the event (2 breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 dinner and some snacks for the hikes)

- Participation fee for our event is €6, the guided hikes are included (pre-paid)
